HOT HIIT® has taken the fitness scene by storm. This unique workout is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio with the heating and healing properties of FAR infrared. All HOT HIIT® classes are performed on a yoga mat and burn fat while creating long lean muscles. For those new to Hot Phiit Greenwich let’s give you a quick guide on the types of classes offered here.
HOT HIIT® 55
The HOT HIIT® 55 is our original beat-based training system that burns fat and gets rapid results. This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will help strengthen your core, improve circulation and increase flexibility through multiple strength and cardio workouts with small breaks in between. There are low impact modifications given for each exercise, so it’s great for any age. Each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.
STRENGTH N TONE 50
Ready to level up your strength from the Original 55 class? Step up your routine with this dumbbell focused class. In STRENGTH N TONE 50 we use a mix of light and heavy weights to tone and strengthen every part of your body. This class is great for focusing on building strong and lean muscles. Combined with our FAR Infrared Heat, you’ll get the most unique and effective strengthening training class of your life!
EXPRESS 45
We get it - an hour to spare for a workout is not always possible these days. Join the Sweat Express! HOT HIIT® EXPRESS 45 moves at a faster pace than the original HOT HIIT 55 class. Through this method of movement, you will burn the maximum amount of calories in only 45 minutes. Keep up and be prepared to sweat! HOT HIIT® Express uses mostly body weight with a focus on speed, efficiency, and increased heart rate. As always, modifications are given for each exercise, making it accessible to all fitness levels and ages.
LENGTH N TONE 50
Love barre classes? Well, we took the classic barre class, added FAR Infrared Heat, stretching and a flow inspired movement. This barre-inspired workout is a low-impact but highly effective routine that combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training. If you’re looking to spice up your usual barre class routine or your usual Hot HIIT routine, this is the class for you. With a focus on flexibility and core strength, you'll leave feeling longer and stronger.
Join us on the mat today at Hot Phiit Greenwich. The hot room is heated to approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit so we recommend you wear light weight, sweat-wicking, form-fitting workout clothes. You should bring a mat, large towel, and water bottle but if you forget or don't have those items, they’re all available to rent or purchase at the studio. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first day so our staff can get you registered and walk you through our studio at Greenwich, Connecticut. Classes always start on time and space is usually limited so it’s always best to sign up in advance to save your spot at class.
