HOT HIIT® is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training, muscle toning, and cardio with the healing properties of infrared heat. All HOT HIIT® modalities burn fat and create long, lean muscles, with rapid results. They strengthen your core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.


All HOT HIIT® modalities are performed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.

Through consistent practice, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture and strength throughout your body.

HOT HIIT®

Here's what you need to know to help you get started:

  • Classes range from 40-55min.

  • The "hot room" is heated to approximately 98 degrees, sweating is good!

  • Wear light weight, form fitting clothes.

  • Bring a mat, large towel, and water bottle. However, if you forget or don't have those items, they are all available to rent or purchase at the studio.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early your first day so our staff can get you signed up. However, space is limited, it would be best to sign up in advance to save your spot.

  • Classes will start exactly on time.

  • Be prepared to have a lot of fun!

HOT HIIT® 55 is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio with the healing properties of FAR Infrared Heat. HOT HIIT® burns fat and creates long, lean muscles, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.

HOT HIIT® is performed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.

EXPRESS 45

 

Join the Sweat Express!

HOT HIIT® Express moves at a faster pace than the original class. Through this method of movement, you will burn the maximum amount of calories in only 45 minutes. HOT HIIT® Express uses mostly body weight. Modifications are given for each exercise, making it accessible to all fitness levels and ages.

Step up your routine with this dumbbell focused class.  
 
We use a mix of light and heavy weights and stretching to tone, strengthen, and lengthen every part of your body. Combined with our FAR Infrared Heat, you’ll get the most unique and effective toning class of your life! See you in the hot room.

LENGTH N TONE 50

We took the classic barre class, added FAR Infrared Heat, stretching, and flow inspired movement. You'll leave feeling longer and stronger. See you on the mat!

Doors are locked promptly when sessions begin. Latecomers are not permitted. We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. A no show fee and/or loss of credit will be applied for missed sessions. Please make sure to check in at the front desk to ensure your spot. Spots will be given away to the waitlist 5 minutes before start time.

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness. Our studios are sanitized in between each class and deep cleaned by professionals once per week. Kindly bring it to our attention if anything in our studio does not meet your standards.
